Five University of South Carolina Beaufort stars helped the North team defeat its South counterparts 4-0 in the annual Sun Conference All-Star Baseball Game on Saturday at Babson Park, Fla.

Student-athletes at the University of South Carolina Beaufort had their best semester in the classroom since the program's inception during the fall 2011 semester, compiling a collective GPA of 2.989. A total of 56 of the school's 158 student-athletes earned honors, with 10 making the President's List (4.0 GPA required) and 46 making the Chancellor's List (3.5 GPA required; 3.25 for freshmen).
