Elam Fourth at Georgia Invitational

ATHENS, GA--Anntionette Elam concluded her season with a fourth place finish in the 400 meter event at the Georgia Invitational held Saturday at the University of Georgia in Athens.
Elam was hoping to qualify for the NAIA National Track and Field Championships to be held from May 21 to 23 in St. Louis, MO. She came up just short, failing to qualify by a scant 39/100 of a second in posting a time of 58.39.
Marshall Meyer will be the lone representative for USCB in St. Louis as he will compete in the marathon on Saturday, May 23rd.
